THE NAKED BUNCH
Naked Bunch is a small, family owned fine wine distribution business. Based on the Gold Coast, we service the restaurant & independent market in Queensland and Northern NSW. We work with small producers who farm organically or sustainably and produce wines with minimal intervention in the cellar. We love small batch wines, which have often been made from only a couple of barrels but we also work with larger releases. The attitude behind the wines we work with is very much, ‘This is the wine the vineyard gave us this year.’ As opposed to working for consistency of style and price. We champion authenticity and the natural, vibrant expression of site-driven fine wine.
CAPE BYRON DISTILLERY
At Cape Byron Distillery we keep true to the time honoured traditions and art of distillation whilst creating spirits that capture and showcase the unique terroir of the Northern Rivers and greater Byron Bay region. We have a passion for excellence, sustainability and giving back to our local community. We are here to create a new chapter in the book of Australian Distilleries. We are the proud creators of Brookie’s Byron Dry Gin and Brookie’s Byron Slow Gin. Of the 26 botanicals in Brookie’s Byron Dry Gin, 18 are sourced locally, many from our rainforest. As Spring rolls into Summer we await the yearly harvest of our native Jerseyana variety of Davisonia Plum that is the backbone for our Byron Slow Gin.
We are certified organic and we grow as much of our own grains, produce and botanicals as possible on our farm, (The Never Never Kombu Farm, NASAA Cert no. 2660 and 2660P) just outside Tintenbar. What we don't grow ourselves we source from other certified organic producers, and we try to keep everything as local as possible. We make sure our ingredients are top notch, and if ever something is not up to scratch, we blast it with our potato bazookas, or turn it into an archery target.
Husk Distillers is a paddock to bottle farm distillery in Tumbulgum, Northern NSW. First made famous by their Ink Gin, Husk is also Australia’s only plantation rum distillery, making seasonal agricole rum in the French Caribbean style. With a focus on sustainable distilling, 100% of the rum they distill is made from first press sugar cane juice grown on their plantation. All the organic waste from the distillery is either cycled back into the property, fed to their 30 happy cattle, composted or used for rainforest regeneration. Husk is on a mission to change the way we perceive & drink rum in Australia, producing award winning sipping rums.
Mayde Tea was created by Kate Dalton, who has studied naturopathy, nutrition and herbal medicine. Kate has incorporated her knowledge, and most of all her passion into her artisan herbal tea products. Kate believes deeply that nature provides the best resources to bring the body back to optimum health, and follows this ethos in all of her offerings including herbal tea and naturopathy. All Mayde Tea products contain only 100% organic ingredients, free from artificial colours and flavours, and specifically created in harmony with your body and the environment.
Allpress Espresso are coffee specialists, roasting coffee throughout Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Japan. The brand was founded in Auckland in the late 80's by Michael Allpress when he first began serving freshly roasted coffee from a small coffee cart. Allpress has since become well-recognised in the communities they are part of around the world and trusted for their consistently delicious coffee, including right here in the Northern Rivers of NSW.

Through carefully curated design principles with a minimalist influence, each and every touch point of the Assembly Label brand reflects a simplified approach to clothing and lifestyle pieces for coastal living.

Pavilion Marquees offer a range of luxurious wooden marquees for hire for weddings, events, private venues or corporate functions. The Pavilions can be styled to create a luxurious and elegant space or a rustic farmhouse appearance by using different styling techniques to make an impressive statement at your event.
The Pavilions can be installed as an open-air structure or with a waterproof white or clear roof with roll down side curtains just like a marquee, offering protection from all elements.
The Pavilions are engineer certified demountable structures, wind rated and the roof is fire rated, all to council and Australian Standards. Certificates are available on request if used in public space.

The Bay Sitters pride themselves on offering: Affordable Rates -we understand that childcare can be very expensive, so we’ve ensured that the rates are reasonable for all families.

Certification and experience - all Bay Sitters are fully certified (WWCC, Police Check, First Aid), and have at least 3 years full time experience working with children of all ages. We are Childcare Educators, Directors, Career Nannies, Mums or Primary Teachers and we all have our own reliable transport.
